Can I come in for a consultation before I book?

Yes!  You can choose either in person consultation, or virtual.  We can go over your hair goals, history, and plan before your first appointment.

Do you only do curly hair?

 

It is my specialty, so I do spend a majority of my salon time with curls, but I do all sorts of different hair. I am forever a Colorist at heart and love covering/blending greys & blondes! 

What if I don't know what service to book?

Thats totally ok!  We can do a consultation (in person or virtual).  If you area new client I'll send you a pre-consult form that you can fill out and I then can make recommendations too.  If your a regular client, contact me and I can send you a form to fill out or send me pics of your goal hair and because I already know your hair I'll be able to adjust your next appointment.  

What is your cancellation policy?

I know that life happens, and sometimes it is out of our control.  I ask for 48 hour notice for cancellations.  This allows me to see if anyone off of my cancellation list is available.  With less time than 48 hours this makes it harder to fill so there is a $25 per service fee that will be sent.  In the rare occurrence of a no call no show or same day cancellation,  you will be billed in full before able to book another appointment.  Fee's may be waived in certain circumstances.
